Depending on where you reside, you may use this portal to make a request to delete your
personal information collected and held by Pintas & Mullins.
If you decide to submit a deletion request, we will delete your personal information,
subject to any applicable exemptions by law or policy. For example, we may retain
personal information that is needed to fulfill an order you submitted, prevent fraud, or to
meet our legal obligations or for other reasons permitted under applicable law.
Additionally, please be advised that we are not able to delete your personal information
from any third party’s records. However, as to personal information which you have
requested be deleted, we will request that our service providers delete your personal
information to the same extent that we delete it.
We may delete your information by permanently deleting it, de-identifying it, or
aggregating it with personal information from other people which would no longer
possess a personal identifier or constitute personally identifiable information.
You may also file your request below or by calling us at 312-488-2000. We will confirm
receipt of your request within 10 days after submission. While we will try to honor your
request as soon as possible, we have 45 days to respond with confirmation of deletion or
an explanation of the reasons we were unable to delete your personal information. We
may also inform you that we need up to 45 additional days to respond and the reason we
need additional time.
