As an applicant for the Pintas & Mullins Law Firm Breathing for Tomorrow Lung Cancer Scholarship, you must agree to these terms and conditions:
- You must meet all the requirements described in the Rules for Eligibility outlined on the scholarship page.
- You must submit your application and all supporting documents by December 15, 2020.
- You agree to not hold Pintas & Mullins Law Firm responsible if you miss the deadline due to technical issues.
The Winner Will Be Chosen by a Scholarship Committee
Our firm will designate a committee to collect and review all applications we receive by the application deadline. The committee will select a winner based on qualifications, essay responses, and other criteria that the group feels connected with the purpose of this scholarship.
The law firm and committee are entitled to reach out to applicants and ask for additional details or documents to further evaluate an applicant’s suitability for the Breathing for Tomorrow Lung Cancer Scholarship.
The committee will not discriminate against applicants on the basis of gender, religion, national origin, race, or membership in any other protected category.
The applicant agrees to accept the scholarship committee’s decision as final and not open to negotiation or debate.
Pintas & Mullins Law Firm will use the information contained in submitted scholarship applications only for the purpose of reviewing and assessing applicants as possible recipients of the scholarship. The law firm will not sell, share, or distribute any applicant’s information to any outside party.
Pintas & Mullins Law Firm reserves the right to publish the scholarship winner’s name and essay, in any form of media it sees fit, including, but not limited to website, social media, and press releases.
